Come and meet your neighbors at the annual Italian Ice Social held in conjunction with National Night Out.

National Night Out, a year-long community building campaign, is designed to:

• Heighten crime prevention awareness;
• Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs;
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and
• Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

The party will be held in the public area of Carvell Court from 7 to 8 pm. Everyone in the neighborhood in invited and the italian ice is FREE!

Based on feedback from the community many changes have recently been made to the website!  Please take some time to look around and provide feedback on what else you would like to see.  Over the coming months additional features will be added to the website based on feedback and ideas provided by the community.   This can be a great tool for our neighborhood, but we need your input!  Click here to send us your comments.

If you haven't noticed, there's a new menu section for 'Members' at the bottom of the home page (on the left).  Clicking on the 'Login/Register' link in that area lets you create an account so you can access cool new areas of the web site, submit articles/events, chat with other members.  We'll even put you on our emailing list so you'll be the first to know about happenings in our neighborhood (like crime watch and social events).  How exciting!!  Of course, you'll have to first give us some information so we can verify you are a member of the community.

Just by reading this far, you've gained some serious 'cool points'.  Sign up for an account and you'll be ice cold.  Explain all this to your neighbor...  off the charts.
